    Booking Terms and Conditions

    Payment Terms

    • A deposit is mandatory upon any booking (price depending on services requested). The remainder is paid to the entertainer | entertainers on arrival in the correct cash.
    • Minimum booking time for Waitressing or Waitering services is 2 hours.
    • Industry regulations – 1 x waitress to every 10 patrons max
    • Last minute Bookings will incur a surcharge
    • We accept Credit Card Payments and direct deposit with a 1.5% surcharge
    • Cancellation of bookings are non-refundable. Please be considerate as the agency has put time & effort into organising your request. The agency also needs to cover entertainers cancellation fees to any bookings lost.

    Important Information

    1. Please provide us with the correct address including street number & building name. We ask for an alternative phone contact for our entertainers in case you are not reachable upon arrival. Our contractors are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to their start time for every shift to avoid wasting the clients time. Please be mindful of this and ensure you are waiting for them in a well-lit area.
    2. Please provide your entertainer with an appropriate area to get ready. A lot of effort goes into the preparation for any shift. If there is no appropriate space for our entertainer to utilise please let us know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements.
    3. If your booking involves outdoor areas or you require your selected contractor to tolerate unpredictable weather issues, please advise us. Be aware that our entertainers pride themselves on quality appearance. In the case of bad weather they may need to cover up with appropriate attire in given circumstances.
    4. Our entertainers still feel the cold & work at their best when they are comfortable & warm. To avoid uncomfortable circumstances, try to keep the party indoors in cooler seasons. Provide heating if you are hosting outdoor events. Do not expect Evotique representatives to work in unnecessary weather (i.e. the rain, wind) when there is a more appropriate area to utilise.
